Meet Rae, OHealth’s very own clinic manager and founder of @therightnow.home , a decluttering coaching and home organization business.

Rae’s own struggles with clutter and ADHD led her to Dana K. White’s approach and eventually to becoming a trained and certified decluttering coach.

Through her time at OHealth, she has seen how much stress people are already carrying. While we cannot eliminate every source of stress, we can support adaptability and resilience, and she realized how our home environment can be a part of that bigger picture as well.

Visual noise, unsafe or blocked pathways, unfinished decisions, and simply having too much to manage can add another layer of overwhelm, especially for women already juggling family, work, health concerns, fertility treatments, appointments, and the mental load of everyday life.

Rae’s philosophy is simple: you do not need to become a more organized person. You need less stuff to manage.

We are constantly being sold solutions to problems we never knew we had, and then sold containers to organize all of those solutions. 😅

The phrase she loves is “you can keep anything, but you cannot keep everything.” Otherwise, your home starts looking like a Target warehouse, and somehow you become its unpaid inventory manager 🫠

Through The Right Now Home, Rae helps women declutter gently and practically, without judgment and without pulling everything out and creating a bigger mess first.
